Property and Cancellation Policies

Standard Rate: Reservations may be canceled up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount, including room rate, taxes, and applicable fees.

Advanced purchase reservations: Your prepayment for this special rate is non-refundable. This means that your prepayment, which is the full cost of the stay, is not refundable under any circumstance.

Check-In 

Check-in: at 4pm MST

We are unable to pre-approve early check-ins prior to your arrival.

We will text you if your unit is ready early.

Check-out

Check-out before 11am MST

We are unable to allow late check-out.

Please text "We have checked out" to 435.485.7314 when you depart.

House Guidelines

To preserve the serene and refined experience our guests expect, Montclair at Zion is a strictly non-smoking and non-pet property, including support animals.
A $1,000 violation fee per occurrence, in addition to any required cleaning or damage charges, will be assessed for non-compliance.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and luxury for all guests.

Children and extra beds

Children are welcome, up to the age of 17 years, they can stay for free if using existing beds when occupying the parent or guardian's room. Rollaway/extra beds are not available. Cribs (infant beds) are not available.

House Rules

House rules: No smoking. No pets (including support animals). $1000 fine for each violation plus cleaning fees.

Cancellation policy: 7 days before your first night's stay for a full refund of the deposit.

We should mention

This property does not have elevators.

The ice machine is in the guest laundry room located in the pool house.

Guest laundry is available 24 hours a day. Machines only accept credit/debit for payment. 

Pool access is available from 8am to 10pm daily. Please note that our pool is seasonal, and its spring reopening will depend on the weather.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on property policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or debit card deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
